Network Support Engineer Responsibilities of a network engineer
Installing and configuring network hardware, such as routers, switches, and firewalls. Monitoring network performance, system availability, and reliability. Troubleshooting and resolving network issues, including hardware and software problems. Hands-on support a Large ISP with PPPoE, Routing Switching, Wi-Fi , MPLS technologies, BGP troubleshooting, Troubleshoot leased lines (ILL) , VPNs Etc. Should be able to lead a team of field engineers and troubleshoot escalation calls, OSPF, RSTP, MPLS issues. Hands-on network knowledge is a must.
Preferred candidate profile
Any Graduate with experience on Cisco, Huawei, Mikrotik routers and switches, CCNA certification Preferred. Hands-on troubleshooting Knowledge on all above.
